To retain our services, Krenz Engineering charges an administrative fee equivalent to one hour of engineering time for the primary engineer in charge. All engineering time is billed portal-to-portal, at the engineers’ hourly rates.
The time, equipment, and personnel required to complete an assignment are at the discretion of the primary engineer in charge. If a quotation or prior approval is required, we ask that the primary engineer be notified upon retaining our services.
Administrative costs including, but not limited to, office equipment, software, telephone, postage, facsimile, in-house reproduction, CD/DVD and USB drives are charged at a flat rate of three percent (3%) of the total professional services.
Equipment fees are billed as a one-time expense for all equipment utilized in the process of completing the assignment. The equipment required to complete the assignment is at the discretion of the primary engineering in charge. If a quotation or prior approval is required, we ask that the primary engineer be notified upon retaining our services.
